Trish Walker, a 4th generation Idahoan, is the founder and CEO of the Idaho Black Community Alliance (IBCA), a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Idaho’s Black community through economic empowerment, youth leadership, health and wellness, and cultural celebration. Under her leadership, IBCA has grown into a vibrant community hub, fostering opportunities, building .connections, and celebrating Black culture while welcoming and engaging all.

Andrea Dixey, a native Idahoan, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Idaho Black Community Alliance (IBCA). Together with the executive team, she leads programs, operations, and community initiatives that promote economic empowerment, youth development, health and wellness, and cultural celebration—uplifting the Black community while welcoming all.

Kenny Walker, Chief of Technology & Audio-Visual at the Idaho Black Community Alliance (IBCA), ensures seamless operations for programs, events, and community initiatives through innovative IT and audio-visual solutions. He plays a vital role in advancing IBCA’s mission of economic empowerment, youth development, health and wellness, and cultural celebration—helping the organization connect, engage, and uplift Idaho’s Black community while welcoming all.
