About IBCA

The Idaho Black Community Alliance (IBCA) is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement. We exist to empower, educate, and elevate Idaho’s Black community while building bridges that strengthen and welcome all people. Through economic opportunity, youth leadership, health and wellness programs, and cultural celebration, IBCA creates lasting pathways to growth, healing, and connection.

In a state where Black voices are often underrepresented, IBCA serves as a platform for transformation. Through strategic programming, grassroots organizing, and strong partnerships, we are shifting the narrative for Black Idahoans and all communities seeking dignity, unity, and opportunity.
